Payment

A 100% upfront payment is required for all services listed on our website. All associated transaction fees, processing charges, and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client.

Revisions

We provide unlimited revisions for delivered work as long as:

• Requests are submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Revisions fall within the scope of the original project brief.

Standard revision turnaround time is 24 hours, though urgency may vary based on the project type. Revisions begin after the initial draft has been delivered and the order status has been updated to “Waiting for Customer Approval.”

Clients may request revisions by contacting their assigned Project Manager via email to ensure that all original requirements have been met.

Since all final content is delivered in editable Word format, clients may also make any additional changes independently before publishing, ensuring full creative control over the final product.

Change of Mind

We understand that clients may occasionally reconsider their project direction. However, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind decisions. We encourage all clients to evaluate their project requirements carefully prior to placing an order.

Project Requirements

All project requirements will be reviewed and agreed upon before work begins. Any service-level issues or disputes will be addressed based on:

• Standard reasonable business practices

Refund Policy

Please read the refund policy thoroughly to understand your rights and limitations. Refunds are granted only under specific conditions outlined below. While we offer a 100% refund on all services, this guarantee is conditional and subject to the criteria listed here.

Refund Policy Will Be Void If:

• A special or custom package has been ordered
• Revision requests exceed the scope of the initial concepts
• The client remains unresponsive for over 2 weeks without prior notice
• A project is placed on hold at the client’s request
• Any company policies or Terms have been violated
• The creative brief lacks essential information required to complete the project
• The client’s business is closing, rebranding, or changing ownership
• The refund request is based on reasons outside the service provided, such as:
  • Change of mind
  • Internal disputes (e.g., disagreements with partners)
• The client has already approved and/or accepted multiple sets of revisions

A 100% refund is available only before any actual work has begun on the project.

Terms of Use for This Website

The Company and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unintentional errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided on this website.
